As a Cloud Security Engineer at this organization, you will join a dynamic cloud infrastructure delivery team to define and implement cybersecurity architecture for AWS and Azure environments. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders using Agile methodologies to design, verify, and monitor cloud solutions while developing RMF Body of Evidence artifacts such as system security plans and cybersecurity concept of operations documents. You will support assessment and authorization activities to achieve ATO on multiple networks and ensure compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) requirements. The role requires 4+ years of experience in securing computer systems, performing DoD authorization activities, and working with Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure. Proficiency in Microsoft products, secure IT architecture, and DevSecOps frameworks is essential, along with a Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 90 days of hire date.

What you'll do
Define and implement cybersecurity architecture for AWS and Azure cloud environments.

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience securing computer systems and performing DoD authorization activities.
4+ years working with secure IT architecture, computing hardware, and software.
Experience in Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure for RMF compliance.
Secret clearance and ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 90 days.
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and Defense Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG).
Experience supporting security reviews in a DevSecOps framework.
