What you'll do

  • Evaluate and support documentation processes for IT systems to ensure compliance with IA requirements.
  • Analyze system security plans, contingency plans, and continuity of operations plans to assess risk.
  • Assist in defining organizations’ desired state and risk thresholds based on actual state information.
  • Recommend tools and capabilities to address RMF security requirements for cloud-based systems.
  • Work with IC clients to secure their environment by implementing standards and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in developing and evaluating security documentation such as system security plans and contingency plans.
  • Proficiency in security architecture evaluations, guidance development, and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies using JIRA.
  • HS diploma or GED required; must obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) preferred.
