What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience designing and implementing complex applications in public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks in multi-region, highly available deployments
Experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
Hands-on experience with continuous integration/delivery tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Concourse
Ability to mentor teams on extreme programming, product mindset, and cloud-as-a-service approaches
Familiarity with Python, Groovy, Ruby, Go for infrastructure programming and automation
Willingness to work in a paired programming model within an Extreme Programming environment
