What you'll do

Design and deploy Kubernetes clusters on GKE using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices.
Operate and support the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform to ensure availability and reliability.
Develop standardized pipeline templates for build, test, security scanning, and deployment in Harness.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Infrastructure as Code tooling and GitOps solutions for repeatable deployments.
Embed security controls into CI/CD workflows to meet HIPAA, SOX, and enterprise security requirements.
Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, and cloud-native monitoring.
Act as a technical liaison between the Serverless Platforms Team and partner organizations.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Kubernetes and GCP.
Hands-on experience designing, operating, or supporting CI/CD platforms like Harness in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automated delivery pipelines.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and compliance requirements for regulated environments.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
