What you'll do

  • Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks for efficiency.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis after incident recovery.
  • Contribute to documentation of corner case scenarios and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with product management and cloud engineering teams for improvements.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and networking technologies like DNS and TCP/IP.
  • Proficiency in monitoring systems, analyzing performance data, and automating tasks with scripts.
  • Knowledge of database operations and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to diagnose live incidents and perform root cause analysis for customer issues.
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
