What you'll do

  • Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks for efficiency.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis after incident recovery.
  • Contribute to documentation of corner case scenarios and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with product management and cloud engineering teams for improvements.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in monitoring systems, analyzing performance data, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of database operations and concepts, including various cloud platforms.
  • Experience with networking technologies such as DNS and TCP/IP.
  • Ability to write scripts for solving short-term systems problems using Java, Go, or JavaScript.
  • CS/CE degree or equivalent practical experience.
