What you'll do

Monitor and detect emerging customer-facing incidents on the Atlas platform.

Contribute to documentation of corner case scenarios and SOPs.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer.
Expertise in Linux system administration and networking technologies like DNS and TCP/IP.
Proficiency in monitoring systems, analyzing performance data, and automating tasks.
Knowledge of database operations and familiarity with multiple cloud infrastructure platforms.
Ability to write scripts and programs using Java, Go, or JavaScript for problem-solving.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
