What you'll do

  • Monitor and detect emerging customer-facing incidents on the Atlas platform.
  • Diagnose live incidents, differentiate between platform and usage issues.
  • Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks for efficiency.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis after incident recovery.
  • Contribute to documentation of corner case scenarios and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with product management and cloud engineering teams for improvements.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and networking technologies like DNS and TCP/IP.
  • Proficiency in monitoring systems, analyzing performance data, and automating tasks.
  • Knowledge of database operations and familiarity with multiple cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to write scripts and programs using Java, Go, or JavaScript for problem-solving.
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
