As a Vice President in the Client Solutions Architect role within JP Morgan’s Merchant Services team, you will lead the configuration and modification of complex client use cases for the firm’s products and solutions. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in configuring and modifying complex client solutions for payments and merchant services
Deep technical understanding and expertise in specific domains, such as REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python, SQL, SOAP, Snowflake, Splunk, and mobile app development
Proven ability to support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
Strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail
Experience working closely with clients and interfacing with engineers in a technology field
Demonstrated success in defining, documenting, and communicating product business requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
