What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 6-10 years of experience in engineering and architectural roles within financial services.
  • At least 2 years of leadership in large-scale enterprise architecture initiatives in banking or finance.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, financial platforms, core banking, data platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with industry-standard delivery methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Kanban on technology projects.
  • Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated skills in decision-making, forward thinking, and creative problem-solving.
