What you'll do

  • Leads product configuration for complex client use cases in partnership with technology teams.
  • Supports sales by providing pricing, pipeline planning, and account strategies.
  • Engages clients to deliver technical presentations on product capabilities.
  • Identifies development requirements based on client feedback for product enhancements.
  • Documents interoperability of products to support testing and client journey design.
  • Evaluates and recommends product design improvements for scalability and marketability.
  • Tracks client usage of products to ensure successful solution realization.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in configuring and modifying products for complex client use cases.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful client solutions in payments or merchant services.
  • Strong technical expertise with REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Splunk, and mobile/web development.
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
  • Ability to define, document, and communicate product business requirements clearly.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana and cloud-based technologies.
