What you'll do

  • Define and govern the release calendar for SAP Activate phases.
  • Manage change & release strategies, coordinating across value streams and workstreams.
  • Lead release planning ceremonies including kick-offs, milestone reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Own the SAP system migration strategy and govern transport management processes.
  • Chair Release Advisory Board (RAB) or Change Advisory Board (CAB) cadences.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP solution development, including functional and technical solutions.
  • 5+ years orchestrating wave-based SAP releases on large-scale global implementations.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and change/transport tooling (CTS+, Solution Manager).
  • SAP Activate Methodology Certification or equivalent Agile/SAFe certification.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4) and formal CAB/RAB governance models.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
