What you'll do

Manage scheduling of facilities operators to ensure proper coverage at each shift.
Ensure highest level of professionalism and achieve 100% uptime reliability in mission critical facilities.
Provide direction for preventative maintenance, repair, and maintenance of building infrastructure systems.
Supervise and manage facilities operators and maintenance staff, including training and development.
Directly manage vendor personnel performing site infrastructure technical support not self-performed by operators.

What we're looking for

Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training/degree.
Desired: Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) with 7+ years related work experience.
Required: Operating Engineer license and Universal CFC’s license.
Proficient in basic computer applications and software like Microsoft Office.
Subject matter expert in mission critical systems including HVAC and power supplies.
Ability to provide technical direction, perform maintenance, and manage vendor personnel.
On call 24/7 for site-based role requiring vaccinations.
