What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10 years of experience
Prior experience as an Engineering Lead or SME in IT service delivery management
Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework, defense-in-depth principles, network security architecture, and common security elements
Ability to develop and maintain technical documents, analysis, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
Experience with Oracle Database, User Activity Monitoring products, Everfox High Speed Guard Platform, and Cisco or Juniper Networking Concepts
