As a Change Management Lead on eBay’s Finance Innovation & Transformation (FIT) team, you will drive the adoption and implementation of AI, automation, and process transformation initiatives across global finance functions including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, and Risk. Your day-to-day responsibilities include crafting engagement strategies, delivering training programs, and monitoring adoption to ensure new capabilities are embraced and produce tangible business benefits. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, PMO, and leadership to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives, translating complex solutions into user-friendly learning experiences and enablement materials. Key technologies and tools you’ll work with include SAP, Anaplan, Jira, Airtable, Google Suite, and Tableau. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change management, strong collaborator management skills, and familiarity with AI adoption in finance processes.
