- Provide executive oversight for system builds, deployments, and configurations.
- Own lab infrastructure strategy, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
What we're looking for
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in electronics labs or hardware validation.
- Demonstrated leadership managing large lab environments supporting silicon or server platforms.
- Proven experience supporting Server CPU, SoC, or data-center platform development.
- Strong understanding of server CPU and SoC-based system architectures.
- Deep hands-on experience with FPGA programming, flash programming, and advanced board-level rework.
- Familiarity with modern lab equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Background in data-center server hardware preferred.
