What you'll do

Own the global lab operations strategy for Server CPU validation environments.
Align lab capabilities with server CPU product roadmaps and post-silicon milestones.
Lead, mentor, and develop lab operations teams to ensure technical excellence.
Ensure readiness of lab environments for server CPU bring-up and validation.
Provide executive oversight for system builds, deployments, and configurations.
Own lab infrastructure strategy, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.

What we're looking for

At least 15 years of progressive experience in electronics labs or hardware validation.
Demonstrated leadership managing large lab environments supporting silicon or server platforms.
Proven experience supporting Server CPU, SoC, or data-center platform development.
Strong understanding of server CPU and SoC-based system architectures.
Deep hands-on experience with FPGA programming, flash programming, and advanced board-level rework.
Familiarity with modern lab equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Background in data-center server hardware preferred.
