What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams in modeling SOC/chipset power to optimize hardware and software for low power consumption.
  • Conduct power architecture tradeoff analysis to enhance system efficiency throughout the design cycle.
  • Identify and quantify power requirements and risks for current and future chipset designs.
  • Guide multi-function groups through design cycles to achieve set power targets from project inception.
  • Design power features and collaborate with cross-functional teams on silicon process, production test, etc.

What we're looking for

  • BS or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field required.
  • Experience in analyzing and designing low-power features at SOC, chipset, or platform level.
  • Architectural knowledge in application processor, modem processor, AR/XR, machine learning, mobile, or computing.
  • System knowledge of XR SOC or chipset.
  • Expertise in system-level power modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to guide multi-functional groups through the design cycle to meet power targets.
  • Customer interaction skills for addressing specific power requirements.
