What you'll do

Lead the optimization of AI models for deployment on resource-constrained embedded targets using quantization techniques.
Develop agentic workflows where local LLMs analyze network telemetry to optimize Wi-Fi performance autonomously.
Conduct CPU and DDR profiling to ensure AI workloads do not impact networking stack performance.
Integrate AI inference engines into the OpenWrt/Linux based SDK for seamless system performance.
Serve as an AI subject matter expert, guiding customers on model selection and deployment strategies.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Embedded AI/ML.
Deep proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow for CNNs and LLMs development.
Expertise in model quantization, compression, and debugging accuracy issues.
Strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python for Linux user-space development.
Proficiency with profiling tools to analyze system performance and memory usage.
Experience integrating AI inference engines into OpenWrt/Linux SDK environments.
