What you'll do
- Design and develop low-level firmware and system software for cloud and data-center platforms.
- Own and optimize firmware components for boot, reset, debug, security, power management, and reliability.
- Support platform bring-up, board validation, and system integration with hardware teams.
- Develop and debug BMC/OpenBMC, device firmware, and host-interface firmware.
- Optimize firmware performance, scalability, and reliability in large-scale cloud deployments.
- Drive testability and CI enablement, including unit tests and automation.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in firmware or low-level system software development.
- Proficient in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience with SoC bring-up, hardware/software integration, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory systems, interrupts, DMA, and interconnects.
- Experience working in Linux-based environments and debugging complex issues using JTAG, trace, logs.
