What you'll do

Develop and enhance QuRT OS features for high-performance, low-power edge AI use cases.
Customize and deploy Zephyr RTOS to multiple subsystems on Qualcomm SoCs.
Maintain and improve continuous integration and test systems for both QuRT OS and Zephyr.
Design new RTOS features and contribute back to the open-source Zephyr community.
Develop deep understanding of Hexagon DSP processor architecture for efficient software implementation.
Debug embedded software using tools like JTAG, Trace32, OpenOCD, Segger J-Link, LLDB.

What we're looking for

0 to 3 years of experience in embedded software development
Proficiency in C, C++, and Assembly language for RISC-V, ARM, Hexagon processors
Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as QuRT OS or Zephyr
Knowledge of off-target software development tools like QEMU and instruction set simulators
Skills in continuous integration and test systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Understanding of embedded software debugging techniques and tools
Familiarity with automotive software development standards (ASPICE, ISO-26262)
