As a Staff IT Business Operations Data and AI Analyst in the Office of the CIO, you will be a senior individual contributor designing and building analytics platforms that drive data and AI-enabled decision-making for IT operations. Your daily tasks include leading the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Databricks, Apptio, Nicus, and ProvenOptics to support insights and continuous improvement in areas such as budget management, resource rationalization, and cost transparency. You will apply AI techniques to enhance operational insight, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify trends and risks across various IT metrics. The role requires expertise with business intelligence platforms, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with enterprise data, including general ledger, HR, procurement, and IT service management data. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4-6 years of experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and other modern data platforms.
Strong Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
Experience designing and managing analytical data models for operational and financial use cases.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI in data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and insight generation.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
