What you'll do
- Define and execute test methodologies for LP-DDR & PC-DDR subsystem components.
- Develop and automate test scripts to accelerate silicon evaluation and improve turnaround time.
- Perform parametric analysis of silicon behavior over various operating conditions.
- Drive root-cause failure analysis to closure for design, test, or system-level issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a time-critical environment.
- Assist in hardware design and debug power integrity (PI) and signal integrity (SI) issues.
- Contribute to guard-banding strategies and characterization sign-off for manufacturing readiness.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 1+ years of hardware engineering experience.
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience with Python/C# for test automation required.
- Strong understanding of VLSI technologies, CMOS analog and digital circuits, mixed-signal systems.
- Knowledge of high-speed test and characterization including eye diagrams, differential signals, jitter analysis.
- Familiarity with DDR/LPDDR protocols, interfaces, IO receiver/transmitter, timing diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDRs/VNAs, J-BERT.
