What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain operational software applications for the Qualcomm Product Security Team.
  • Translate high-level requirements into mission-critical deliverables for diverse technology teams.
  • Resolve production issues in security workflows promptly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement and support Software Security Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) frameworks and workflows.
  • Debug complex issues, particularly those related to vulnerability management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of software development experience in C#, .NET Core, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with web servers like IIS and developing applications for them.
  • Proficient in SQL/Stored procedures on Microsoft SQL, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
  • Administrator or developer experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of software security concepts and practices.
  • Excellent debugging skills to investigate complex issues, particularly in vulnerability management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 2+ years of Security Engineering experience.
