What you'll do

  • Manage the lifecycle of LPDDR5/6 program development from conception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain program master schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource requirements.
  • Organize interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones and define tasks.
  • Troubleshoot program issues and develop alternative solutions to resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on key milestones, budget, metrics, and risks.
  • Direct roadmap quotation and PPM activities including scope, PPA, planning, and cost projections.
  • Charter focus on architecture phase and spec alignment with IP development team.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of program management experience in advanced memory controller development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Experience managing operating budgets and project financials.
  • Technical expertise in VLSI Memory Controllers for LPDDR/PCDDR technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Program management certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
