What you'll do

  • Lead design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Claude, Harvey, and internal LLM platforms.
  • Develop APIs and data pipelines to connect Legal tools and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and Information Governance workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture roles
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms and APIs with hands-on AI tools expertise
  • Deep understanding of legal workflows including contracts, billing, and discovery
  • Expertise in ELM/eBilling (Brightflag preferred) and eDiscovery processes
  • Proficiency with data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake for analytics
