What you'll do

Triage and provide frontline support for requests from the company to the legal department.
Draft, review, and redline various contracts including NDAs, SaaS licenses, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate electronic signatures and manage contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool and records.
Lead implementations of legal tech tools such as CLM, e-billing, matter management, or AI solutions.
Oversee process improvements to increase scalability and identify risk mitigations.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of relevant experience in legal operations or a related field.
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as AirTable, Slack, DocuSign, Jira, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Foundry.
Strong project management skills for small to large-scale projects.
Experience developing and streamlining processes to create efficiencies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally within the organization.
