What you'll do

Create and implement a strategic In-House Calibration Roadmap, optimizing processes with external vendors or in-house capabilities.
Manage and update the database for equipment location and ownership information accurately.
Improve infrastructure and processes to ensure smooth equipment rotations without disrupting production.
Support the creation, upkeep, and communication of calibration procedures and manage training for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Experience managing calibration at large organizations and production environments.
Familiarity with industry calibration standards, including AS9100 and AS6500.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills across multiple sites.
Proven ability to design and deliver calibration systems for manufacturing facilities.
Expertise in automated calibration tools and software.
TS/SCI security clearance required.
