What you'll do

• Drive programs to accelerate revenue reliability, growth, and accuracy aligned with MCEM standards.
• Optimize emerging/updated sales strategies to enhance sustainable growth and improved sales performance.
• Support agile planning engagements by driving account planning activities in partnership with leadership.
• Generate actionable insights from data to highlight progress, identify risks, and support executive decision-making.
• Enable effective renewal and mid-term sales execution through process rigor and targeted recommendations.
• Improve financial performance and solution area health using standard tools and metrics like VTB/F.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of program management, process management, or process improvement experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience designing and improving reporting processes and data models
• Sound knowledge of financial and sales processes at Microsoft
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Customer Success or Commercial business areas including sales and usage performance
