  • 6+ years of experience managing contracts and programs in a Federal IT environment.
  • Strong expertise in statement of work (SOW), contract monitoring, compliance, and subcontractor management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Broadcom Clarity PPM.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis, prepare reports, and manage invoicing processes.
  • Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, benefits administration, and security clearance processing.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills for effective issue resolution and report delivery.
