The Business Analysis Associate II — Operations Performance Management joins the Operations Performance Management team to strengthen how operational performance is measured, managed, and communicated across Auto Collections and ARBSO. This role involves managing projects with ownership, analyzing complex datasets to provide usable insights, and ensuring reporting accuracy for key metrics. You will build and modernize reporting solutions, including dashboards and scorecards, while translating business needs into measurable outcomes. Key technical skills include SQL for query validation, Tableau for data visualization, and Python or Alteryx for automation and analytics. Additionally, you will leverage approved AI/LLM tools to increase efficiency. The work focuses on improving business visibility, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and solving operational performance challenges within the Auto Collections and ARBSO business areas.
Create project plans, define milestones, and manage dependencies to deliver results against specific timelines.
Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to provide usable insights for business decision-making.
Review queries, calculations, and metric logic to ensure reporting accuracy and KPI effectiveness.
Build and modernize dashboards, scorecards, and Tableau solutions to automate manual work and improve data quality.
Use approved AI and LLM tools to increase analysis efficiency and enhance deliverable quality.
Translate stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Develop deep knowledge of Auto Collections and ARBSO processes to deliver early operational impact.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in business analysis, data and reporting, operations performance management, project execution, or a related field.
Strong project and work management skills to plan work, estimate timelines, prioritize deliverables, and mitigate risks.
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets, integrating information across multiple systems, and converting findings into clear business recommendations.
Experience with SQL to review queries, validate calculations, and support reporting logic.
Experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization tools to create and enhance dashboards and scorecards.
Experience with Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics and automation tools to streamline manual work and improve reporting reliability.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to translate needs into outcomes and manage expectations across technical and leadership audiences.
Prior experience with Auto Collections, ARBSO, or related operational performance management functions (preferred).
