Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS GovCloud or Azure Government, as well as workflow automation tools such as Snakemake and Nextflow, is highly desirable. What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in bioinformatics research, software development, technical reporting, or analysis.
Expertise in bioinformatics, data engineering, and biological data pipeline development.
Proficiency with NoSQL for large-scale genomic datasets and SQL-based technologies for data management.
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes.
Top Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
