Ideal candidates have a background in bioinformatics research, software development, and technical reporting, along with experience in next-generation sequencing and machine learning techniques for biological data analysis.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in bioinformatics research and software development.
Expertise in NoSQL, SQL-based technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and data management.
Knowledge of bioinformatics packages, databases, scripting languages (Python, R).
Experience with next-generation sequencing, omics data analysis, and open-source tools.
Skills in orchestrating bioinformatics workflows using Snakemake, Nextflow, Airflow.
