What you'll do
Develop, deploy, and operate production-grade Nextflow pipelines on cloud infrastructure.
Manage pipeline lifecycle by upgrading, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and enhancing reliability.
Implement DevOps best practices for pipelines and platform services including CI/CD automation.
Translate data analysis requirements from wet-lab scientists into robust, production-ready solutions.

What we're looking for
PhD in Computational Biology, Biology, Physics, Statistics, or related field.
At least two years of experience developing data products and integration solutions.
Experience with single-cell/NGS, functional genomics, genetics, or proteomics analysis.
Hands-on development of Nextflow pipelines for NGS data processing.
Strong full-stack programming skills, particularly in Python.
Expertise in software engineering best practices including DevOps and CI/CD.
