Big Data Support Engineer Lead - Vice President

What you'll do

• Leads production monitoring and implements observability using industry tools like AppD, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Drives service improvement plans by collaborating with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Executes day-to-day incident management including triage, root cause analysis, and business impact validation.
• Manages capacity across service components and reviews changes to ensure service stability.
• Develops knowledge objects to enhance L0-L2 resolution efficiency and support team performance.

What we're looking for

• At least 10+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in cloud technologies (OpenShift, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies including Ab Initio, Big Data, MDM.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for automated code deployments and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in creating observability dashboards using Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana.
• Track record of triaging issues and driving resolution in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
