What you'll do

  • Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
  • Lead incident response lifecycle including detection, triage, mitigation, resolution.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SRE best practices and enforce change management processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of critical systems.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Shell Scripting, Perl, C/C++, Java, .Net, HTML5.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Experience using problem management tools and issue tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop/Big Data technologies including Cloudera distribution components.
