Candidates should have extensive experience in SRE roles, leading technically diverse teams through cloud migration, and possess strong skills in AWS Cloud provider engineering, Agile principles, and AIOps implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in hybrid work environments, focusing on enhancing developer productivity and operational efficiency while managing a multi-discipline organization effectively.

What we're looking for
10+ years of SRE or Full Stack Manager experience with cloud migration.
Proven executive leadership and technical innovation in diverse engineering teams.
Strong expertise in cloud product management, Agile principles, and hybrid cloud environments.
Demonstrated ability to transform and deliver enterprise reliability engineering tools.
Experience leading change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
