What we're looking for

  • Proven track record leading diverse technical teams and delivering enterprise reliability engineering tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud product management, Agile principles, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic thought leadership.
  • Experience in property & casualty insurance industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
