AV Production Engineer - Adyen

What you'll do

• Provide on-site support during company events to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain global AV standards and compliance with industry best practices.
• Proactively manage the health of conference room AV systems through routine updates.
• Evaluate new AV products, conduct pilot tests, and recommend global adoptions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AV/IT space.
• Strong understanding of streaming and event production workflows.
• High level knowledge of AV hardware and software infrastructures.
• Solid understanding of standard office IT infrastructure, including networking fundamentals.
• Experience with QSC programming and familiarity with AV over IP and Dante-enabled products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
