This senior-level role focuses on ensuring platform reliability, driving MFA compliance, SSO integration, and migration toward a simplified target state with consistent policy enforcement. The manager will own incident management, runbooks, logging/monitoring, and produce evidence for audits while establishing clear SLAs and executive reporting. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in authentication and SSO engineering, hands-on expertise with critical systems like Radius and OAuth, and a track record of delivering large-scale remediation programs in regulated environments.
Own engineering and operational performance of workforce authentication platforms.
Drive MFA compliance management across internal applications.
Lead SSO integration delivery for modern protocols.
Execute migrations to strategic authentication platforms/protocols.
Operate and improve enforcement of consistent authentication policies.
Reduce exposure from legacy/weak authenticators by enforcing guardrails.
Own incident/problem management, logging, and monitoring integration.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in authentication and SSO engineering & operations.
Proven ability to drive remediation programs for MFA compliance and SSO migrations.
Expertise in operating enterprise authentication systems from Radius to OAuth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in a cybersecurity role.
Capability to balance modernization goals with production stability and user experience.
Experience in regulated environments, ensuring operational rigor and audit readiness.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
