What we're looking for

4+ years of management experience leading QA/QE teams
8+ years of professional experience in Software Quality
Expertise in subjective and objective methodologies for measuring audio quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration
Experience leading both manual and automated QA efforts in AR/VR platforms
Deep understanding of consumer audio devices, experiences, and audio processing fundamentals
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
