What you'll do

  • Write production code and develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs.

  • Develop DevOps pipelines to streamline software delivery workflows.
  • Design custom backend logic and configure enterprise SaaS platforms for clients.
  • Execute complex data migration scripts for global life sciences customers.
  • Create developer-facing tools used by internal engineering teams.
  • Translate complex business challenges into production-ready software systems.
  • Provide technical strategy and architecture explanations to direct stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field with a strong technical background.
  • Must be a recent university graduate with no more than 2 years of postgraduate experience.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Must possess excellent technical storytelling skills to explain complex architectures and decisions to customers.
  • Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and a proven track record of academic performance.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
