What you'll do

Contribute to equipment and facility design for a new multi-modality drug substance manufacturing plant.
Execute system commissioning and qualification activities to enable facility startup and batch processing.
Author GMP documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other required compliance documents.
Support process development activities and manage technical changes within the production environment.
Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Level of Protection Analysis (LOPA) for safety compliance.
Manage and oversee utility systems such as WFI distribution, process chillers, and vacuum systems.
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliable facility operations and equipment uptime.
Provide technical mentorship and lead engineers across various enabling facilities and laboratory areas.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in technical writing and standard office software.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of independent problem-solving and organizational skills to multi-task.
Experience in chemical engineering, facility engineering, and manufacturing scale-up.
Knowledge of GMP compliance, process engineering, and standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
Experience in GMP clinical or manufacturing supply facilities (preferred).
Experience in equipment start-up, qualification, and potent compound containment systems (preferred).
