What you'll do

Own day-to-day QA for new data connectors, schema changes, customer rollouts, and platform upgrades.
Build new automated tests as new features are rolled out.
Reduce false-failure noise in the test suite to improve execution efficiency and reliability.
Analyze business logic behind data pipelines to ensure tests validate the correct requirements.
Develop and extend AI-forward testing environments for the Nitro platform.
Perform hands-on testing to ensure software stability before it reaches customers.

What we're looking for

Entry-level to ~1-2 years of QA or testing experience.
Strong foundations in Java and SQL.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with coding with Claude or similar tools.
Ability to move between technical detail and business context.
Familiarity with API/UI test automation frameworks and tools like Cucumber or Selenium (preferred).
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM) (preferred).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins (preferred).
