Associate Mfg. Systems Engineer 1 (Automation Technician) Night Shift 12 Hours (6PM to 6AM)

What you'll do

• Provide technical engineering support for system and equipment optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and FDA standards in Inspection and Packaging areas.
• Assist during regulatory agency inspections and respond to FDA inquiries.
• Perform advanced maintenance activities on sophisticated plant support equipment.
• Investigate complex issues through mentorship from experienced staff members.
• Maintain an up-to-date spare parts inventory system for equipment and systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems in pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
• Understanding of packaging equipment, inspection systems, and serialization technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize maintenance procedures.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance standards for manufacturing.
