What you'll do

  • Implements risk mitigation strategies for successful change management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • Proven ability to design and improve workflows and implement operating procedures.
  • Experience creating, gathering, analyzing data and metrics for departmental performance evaluation.
  • Collaborative skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders on change management projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is a plus.
