Associate, Engineer

What you'll do

• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Defines project scope, converts goals into tasks, and manages concurrent projects.
• Conducts small-scale projects, implements plans, and monitors execution for adherence.
• Assists in training personnel on facility operations, processes, and equipment.
• Designs solutions by applying standard engineering principles to interpret problems.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field required.
• Less than two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong compliance and risk management skills for Quality and EH&S standards.
• Ability to plan, manage small projects, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Experience with project execution, coordination with technical support personnel.
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills for collaboration and negotiation.
