What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals for ServiceNow-based HR technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in requirements analysis, solution design, system architecture, and deployment activities.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Define ServiceNow standards, roadmaps, and compliance monitoring for HR Technology.
  • Partner on configuration/development of foundational HR ServiceNow modules and custom solutions.
  • Develop test plans and manage deployment of system updates across development teams.

What we're looking for

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting ServiceNow in HR and related domains.
  • Experience designing and documenting application architecture to align with enterprise standards.
  • Knowledge of HR configuration, business processes, security, data architecture, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in the development lifecycle including ServiceNow configuration and development.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of IT professionals for technology solutions.
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams on technical solution delivery.
