What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of Logistics Program Managers across multiple programs.
Develop and institutionalize central frameworks for logistics program management execution.
Define and enforce standards for the development and delivery of logistics CDRLs.
Establish tooling and reporting structures to ensure visibility into program health.
Partner with Integrated Product Support leads to align logistics activities with sustainment strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and field operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in logistics or program management within defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
At least 3 years of experience in a people-management role.
Demonstrated technical expertise and application of logistics management principles.
Experience working with US Military program offices and DoD acquisition logistics frameworks.
Ability to develop and deliver logistics CDRLs on DoD or government programs.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
