Associate Application Consultant

What you'll do

• Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting applications, methodologies, and tools.
• Advise clients on enterprise-wide data integrations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Create methods to assess analytics and support better business decision-making.
• Identify functional requirements for client solutions in collaboration with internal teams and client personnel.
• Lead or participate in design activities from requirements analysis through system and process implementation.
• Gain expertise across multiple platforms, architectures, and technologies including Cloud, DevOps, and Mobile.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business leaders and team members.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Experience or interest in cloud native methodologies, programming (e.g., Java, Python, .NET), SQL, and networking basics (preferred).
• Exposure to AI concepts, tools like Copilot/ChatGPT, and cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Foundational are preferred.
