Associate Analyst, Security Infrastructure Engineering & Architecture

What you'll do

• Establish data classification standards to protect Mastercard's information assets.
• Implement loss prevention controls to secure enterprise data.
• Advance Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities.
• Enable the secure use of data across the global enterprise.
• Provide governance and visibility to reduce data exposure risk.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through security enforcement capabilities.
• Apply technical concepts to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.
• Report any suspected information security violations or breaches.

What we're looking for

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must have previous internship experience in cybersecurity working with large and complex data sets.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of AI technologies and tools through hands-on projects, research, coursework, or practical application.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to apply technical concepts to real-world security challenges.
• Must show a strong interest in cybersecurity through student organizations, CTF competitions, personal projects, or relevant certifications.
• Must be eager to continuously learn and stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices.
• Work authorization.
