Associate AI Data Scientist I

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to address complex clinical and pharmaceutical challenges.
• Build and maintain backend systems using FastAPI for robust data processing pipelines.
• Integrate, visualize, and analyze large, complex datasets to answer scientific or business questions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and reporting progress.
• Contribute to technical publications and presentations regarding project objectives and findings.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and methodologies relevant to pharmaceutical research.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python with an emphasis on data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience using large language models and machine learning algorithms.
• Backend development experience using FastAPI.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience applying AI/ML in clinical or pharmaceutical contexts (preferred).
• Experience building applications on AWS infrastructure (preferred).
